MyLife Health and Wellness plan provides you with the ability to offer multiple plan options components for your employees. Based on the size of your company, employees have options in benefit designs selections.
For 2016, employers who employ 50 or more full-time (or full time equivalent) employees have access to our MyLife Health and Wellness minimum essential coverage (MEC) plans, in addition to our MyLife Health and Wellness plan design. In addition , all groups have access to a variety of minimum value plans (MVP), as well as buy-up plan options-each uniquely developed with a focus on recognizing and incentivizing your employees for their good health habits.
